6. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Door Knock Pro provides an SMS messaging program on behalf of our customer companies to deliver transactional and conversational messages, including appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups from field representatives, service notifications, and replies to your inquiries.

Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated and manual text messages from Door Knock Pro on behalf of the relevant company. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the phone number you provide.

Message Frequency and Costs

Opt-Out and Help

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. To resume messages after opting out, reply START. For assistance, reply HELP or email [email protected]. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Termination

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Door Knock Pro makes no warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
