Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.

What happens after the 7-day free trial?

After the trial, you'll be asked to choose a paid plan to continue. Your data is never deleted — you can also downgrade to the Basic (free) plan.

How does the 20% volume discount work?

When your team reaches 5 or more users on the Pro or Premium plan, a 20% discount is automatically applied to all user seats.

What are AI credits used for?

AI credits power the Roof Dimension Calculation and Solar Estimator modules. Each calculation consumes credits. Premium plans include 100 trial credits and 5,000 credits on paid plans. Custom plans have negotiable credit volumes.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

Monthly plans have no long-term commitment — cancel anytime. Yearly plans are billed annually and offer ~17% savings compared to monthly billing.
